To whom it may concern,

I have worked with Hutt Bush and Coaching for Results over the last three years in various programs and trainings. As a Director of Development for one of the most successful video games produced to date, I have had the opportunity to grow and expand in my career with Sony which recognized the value in providing this training for me to enhance my communication and leadership skills. Hutt has also provided valuable feedback on my performance as a manager and a strategist. Our work has been very practical, hands-on and to the point.

I have appreciated Hutt's availability when I require his services, his deep caring for what he does, and his calm and supportive way of working together. I would recommend Hutt for any manager at a growth phase in their career. I have had several promotions since the beginning of our work; and I now supervise a large studio of creative and technical contributiors with multiple projects and teams.
