Dear Hutt,

In business, as in life, it is often times important to stop and acknowledge the contribution that others have made. Now is that time. I first met you over 4 years ago when I was a consultant for Watson Wyatt & Co. I came to you expecting to improve and define my work life. But, your approach to coaching the mind, the body and the spirit brought so much more. Over our time together you helped me define both my personal and professional life in ways I could not have imagined. I came to you as a person with many goals but no real plan to achieve them. I left with many of those goals met, including the purchase of my first home, a promotion to senior consultant/account manager and I even dropped 25 pounds! Our time together gave me the tools to develop new accounts relationships and to not only meet, but also exceed my new business goals. The work was hard, but rewarding. At all times, you and your staff were always accommodating ad professional.

I called on you again when I became VP and State Business Manager for the Institutional Trust Group for Wells Fargo. This time, I enlisted your help to work with my management team as we developed our first strategic business plan. Your ability to facilitate the group and coach the individual team members on balancing their lives while exponentially increasing their work product at work was exceptional. We each left that all day meeting re-energized and ready to tackle the challenges of managing a multi-million dollar office.

Our relationship has truly been one that has changed my life. I appreciate how you listened to my concerns, pushed me when I needed it, and challenged me to be the best I could be. I have recommended your services to others and will continue to do so. Please accept my sincere gratitude and thanks.

Sincerely,
Deborah A. Rochelle
Vice President, Wells Fargo Institutional Trust Group
